LEGAL INDUSTRY RIVALS RESOLVE THEIR DIFFERENCES IN UNIQUE JOINT STATEMENT
San Francisco CA (October 27, 2004)—LegalMatch (LegalMatch.com inc) and CasePost (CasePost inc.) issued a joint announcement today stating that they have settled all disputes that existed between the two competing companies. The two companies have been at odds over competitive issues. Spokespeople from both companies reported that the issues in dispute between them were not as important as their roles in serving the public. They both provide services that match consumers with attorneys.

Neither company wishes to discuss their past disputes. They agree that the future of matching services for lawyers and clients is a far more interesting subject. The companies have come to see competition between them as a healthy part of their futures.
