San Francisco, CA (September 22, 2008) -- For nearly 10 years, LegalMatch, as provided consumers with qualified, pre-screened attorneys on the Internet. Thousands of lawyers have become members since the company's inception in 1999 to capitalize on LegalMatch's online attorney marketing experience. But this year, four attorneys broke to the forefront to become recipients of LegalMatch's 2007 Lawyer of the Year Awards: Mazyar "Mazy" Hedayat, specializing in bankruptcy law, Allen Fiorletta (personal injury law), Shazam Kianpour (criminal law), Brigida Rodriguez (family law).
What makes them so special? They consistently turn their customer cases into a cause. They exemplify a dedication, strength of character, and integrity that personifies LegalMatch's commitment to its customers who seek help with their legal concerns.
Allen Fiorletta believes his success comes from his quick response to clients' concerns. No call ever goes unanswered. "Even if it's Friday at 5 p.m., if a client needs to reach us we don't make them wait until Monday. Bottom line, if they have a pressing concern, they don't have time to wait," he says.
Bridgida Rodriguez started out with LegalMatch as a solo practitioner. She was nervous initially by what she perceived as a substantial financial commitment, but her practice is thriving today, and gets many cases she believes she would have never received through traditional modes of marketing, such as the Yellow Pages. "My success has been contingent on the experience of the LegalMatch Marketing Managers who work to help me succeed. I was really excited to be recognized. I've been blessed in my work and LegalMatch has definitely been a big part of that," she says.
Mazyar "Mazy" Hedayat believes his success secret hinges on his computer savviness, quick responses, and comprehensive explanations to help clients with their concerns. He says LegalMatch is the ideal service for him because potential clients of this service are self-motivated and intelligent, which makes his job easier and more enjoyable. "I treat every contact as if I want to talk to them again. I'm genuinely enthusiastic. When someone is willing to give me their business, I earn it," says Hedayat.
Shazam Kianpur reports that the quality of leads and simplicity of the LegalMatch system has helped generate quality business for him. As for the recognition as one of the Lawyers of the Year, Kianpur is humbled. "I was absolutely shocked. It's encouraging because it tells me I'm doing something right," he says.
